1. Returns

We accept returns within 7–14 days of delivery (customizable). To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items such as undergarments, customized, or final sale items are non-returnable.
