Refund & Return Policy

ASGWEAR allows returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility (5–10 Days)

Returns are accepted within 5–10 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
  • Product is in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Undergarments or innerwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective or incorrect).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection
  • Refunds go to original payment method or bank transfer
  • COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for wrong, damaged, or incorrect size items within 48 hours of delivery.
