Orders below PKR 4,000: Flat rate of PKR 250

Orders above PKR 4,000: Free shipping

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.
  • COD handling fee: PKR 100 (included in shipping if applicable)

Urgent or Same-Day Delivery

  • Available in select cities
  • Additional charges apply

Return & Refund Policy

At ASGWEAR, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.

1. Returns (Within 5–10 Days)

You may return a product within 5 to 10 days of receiving it, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached
  • The product is in resalable condition
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Undergarments or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless faulty or incorrect)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the result. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method or bank account
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval

4. Exchanges

Received the wrong item, size, or a damaged product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement.
